These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of all Jobs For Africa Now! (JFAN) websites, digital platforms, applications, services, systems, training environments, innovation systems, AI onboarding systems, digital infrastructure, educational platforms, APIs, media assets, and related services.

By accessing or using any JFAN service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of JFAN services.

1. The JFAN Vision

JFAN exists to support the transformation, harmonization, digitization, empowerment, integration, and sustainable development of human populations across Africa and the Global African Diaspora.

The JFAN ecosystem seeks to foster:

2. Eligibility

Users must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements within their jurisdiction.

By using JFAN services, users represent that:

• Information provided is reasonably accurate
• They will comply with applicable laws
• They will not misuse the platform
• They possess authority to act on behalf of any represented institution where applicable

3. User Accounts

Certain services may require account creation. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Protecting login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access
• Ensuring accuracy of submitted information
• Promptly reporting suspected security breaches

JFAN reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, abuse, illegality, or operational risk is suspected.

• Use JFAN systems for criminal activities
• Undermine platform integrity or security

Unless otherwise stated, all JFAN branding, systems, software, graphics, content, architecture, methodologies, concepts, frameworks, logos, databases, educational materials, AI systems, innovation systems, and proprietary technologies are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce proprietary materials without authorization, reverse engineer protected systems unlawfully, misrepresent ownership of JFAN assets, or use JFAN trademarks without permission.

6. User Content

Users may submit content including profiles, comments, projects, media, institutional records, educational submissions, innovation materials, and communications. Users retain ownership of their original content where applicable.

However, by submitting content to JFAN, users grant JFAN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, display, distribute, and utilize such content for operational, educational, developmental, analytical, promotional, institutional, and ecosystem purposes.

JFAN may incorporate:

• Artificial Intelligence systems
• Machine learning systems
• Automation tools
• Predictive analytics
• Recommendation systems
• Educational analytics
• Workforce intelligence systems
• Development intelligence systems

Users acknowledge that automated systems may contribute to certain platform functions, recommendations, or operational outputs. Users should independently verify critical decisions before reliance.
